This notice explains how Exploring IT Solutions (EITS) handles information associated with this website and inquiries about our technology advisory and procurement services.
Information you provide
When you contact EITS, including by email or through a website inquiry form when available, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, work email, company, phone number, message, service interests and any business documents you intentionally submit.
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the decision you are considering, coordinate an appropriate next step and maintain relevant business records. EITS does not sell personal information submitted through this website. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive account credentials in an initial inquiry. Detailed records, bills or account access should be shared only through an agreed process when relevant to active work.
Website and technical information
The site runs on WordPress with Bluehost hosting and uses Jetpack services, including image delivery and site statistics. Website infrastructure and these services can process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, referring pages and request times to deliver content, protect the site and measure usage.

Service providers and business inquiries
EITS uses Zoho Forms, Zoho CRM and Zoho Flow to collect, store, route and manage contact details, project requirements, request records and supporting documents submitted through Trailhead or Pathfinders. Microsoft 365 and Outlook are used for business email, internal notifications and customer confirmations. These providers process information on EITS’s behalf under their applicable privacy and security terms.
Uploaded business documents may include service inventories, bills, contracts, site lists or related project materials. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive data. EITS uses submitted documents to review and respond to the request, coordinate agreed next steps and maintain relevant business records.
Hosting, email, website-form, analytics and customer-relationship-management providers may process information needed to operate the site and manage inquiries. When an inquiry develops into sourcing or project work, relevant requirements and business contact information may need to be shared with providers or partners involved in that work. Scope and account authorization are agreed as part of the engagement.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and engagement records are handled according to the purpose of the communication, ongoing work and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical providers apply their own retention practices. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or discuss a privacy concern, contact EITS using the details below. Available responses may depend on the information involved and applicable obligations.
